Class Descriptions

Studio Class:

50 minute, small group, Studio Pilates. Refine your Pilates practice using equipment to support and advance movements. The equipment is ideal for the client who has limitations and can not get down to the floor . The equipment can also amp up your Pilates and challenge the body to advanced levels. This class consists of a maximum of 6 clients, using Mat, Wunda Chair and Reformer Pilates. Special attention for all and designed to cater for all capabilities and levels.

Pilates Therapy:

50 minute, max 3 clients, Individualised Programmed Sessions.

These sessions are targeted at clients needing to work their own programs for rehab, ageing, body specific, pathologies, more attention.

Use of all studio equipment, designed for you to complete your own program in each session.

Pre & Post Natal (Mums & Bubs):

50 minute, small group, Studio Pilates. This class consists of a maximum of 5 clients, using Mat, Wunda Chair and Reformer Pilates. Designed to support you through your pregnancy and get you prepared for child birth and recovery after the birth.

Non Mobile bubs welcome in class

Jumpboard:

Jumpboard Class is a Cardio Style Class. The jumpboard is added onto the reformers so you can safely jump and build up your heart rate whilst lying on your back! This creates a lower impact style of cardio with all the same benefits.

Both Style classes still use Pilates core principles so will challenge you for your level and ability.

Stretch Class:

50 minute, small group, Stretch Class. This class consists of a maximum of 6 clients, using a range of equipment and apparatus (reformer, rollers, therabands etc) to stretch out the entire body. Stretching is an integral part of living comfortably with mobility, efficiency and less stress on the body. We spend a lot of time sitting, working with repetitive movements, training for sports or other interests and create stress and tightness throughout the body. This class is designed to create mobility and flexibility with an emphasis on de-stressing the body to develop an overall balance. You will leave feeling taller, supple and relaxed.
