WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a body conditioning system that was developed in the 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. It was first developed to rehabilitate World War I casualties.
This method has been so successful it has withstood the test of time and is used widely now across the world as a total body conditioning programme.
Pilates uses the principles of concentration, control, centering/alignment, precision, breathing and flow to work the body from the inside out.
