4 Week Challenge Success

“Getting close to the big 50, I knew my lifestyle of work, work and family was catching up with me and I needed to do something to start to improve my health and strength. I’d wanted to try Pilates for some time but was worried about not being able to keep up in a group class, which I knew would mean I wouldn’t keep going. I saw Simone’s signs up and went to have a chat with her. She welcomed me into a one on one class where we started with the basics. She was very encouraging and the way she calmly explains what we are doing, why we are doing it, and gently pushes me to hang in there, has seen me build strength and confidence in these movements. Seeing the results start to build, I invited a friend to join me and we now laugh our way through many sessions as Simone rolls her eyes at us, but all in good fun. I don’t generally ‘like’ exercise, but I really enjoy these classes with Simone, and know over time the results will keep building. I’m really grateful I found Simone! ”
